Public nuisance

Severity: 
The corner of kodambakkam high road at entrance of Kamdar Nagar is being misused as a toilet by some of the public lacking civic sense. Also garbage is being dumped here by nearby shop, hotels. The whole area stinks. Need to enforce civic sense. Suggest a high power street lamp in this place and warning notice put up. Miscreants should be penalized!
