Manhole Cover damaged and defective
Reported in the Dangerous potholes category anonymously at 17:51, Wed 5 August 2009. Please note the pin location is approximate.
Severity: 
Manhole covers in scheme road and the entrance of the Kamdar Nagar 3rd St from the Kodambakkam high road are badly damaged posing high risk to Two-wheelers and pedestrians. This has been pending for quite some time, ever since the new manhole covers were fixed. I have seen in many other places also that these new manhole covers are defective. Request immediate action on the same.
