Stray dogs accompanying corporation workers

I am reporting this problem from Apollo Flats, Anna Nagar 7th Avenue, Chennai 600040. We have had numerous incidents of Stray dogs chasing the public and colony residents. This has been a nuisance particularly to Passengers on GST road who take the bus from Thirumangalam (70)busstop. What is particularly disturbing is these dogs accompany the corporation agency workers who remove the garbage from these colonies but have not heeded to complaints from either the colony residents nor the public to avoid taking these dogs along with them.Kindly can you help take this complaint forward with the to the Corporation for Action.
